Without realizing the Name (realizing Name is stilling and arresting your wandering mind that helps the body to remain in tranquil state and it becomes healthy) even the body becomes enemy. To still your mind and remove the maladies of your body, why don’t you meet the Lord? Don’t wander like a way farer who are always coming and going on the Highway. Don’t make your life like a way farer, he brings nothing and takes nothing from here. Without His Name there will be loss everywhere, only when the Lord makes you understand, profits can be seen in everything. The trade, the commerce and all those dealers may deal in it but honour comes only when the understanding of His name comes to mind II 16 II

One who deliberate over Lord’s virtues and merits himself becomes a person with Divine knowledge and shares it with the World. They follow Guru’s instructions and their deeds become truthful. The true estimation of Inaccessible, in-apprehensible Lord cannot be measured. It is up to Him, if His Will is there, then He meets us. You be like a virtuous bride and reflect over the virtues of the Lord. O Nanak! With the Guru’s instructions one can meet the friend Lord II 17 II

Lust and wrath makes the body melt away like borax that melts even the gold. The purity of the gold is tested by rubbing on touch stone and then it endures the fire. Burning on fire it gets the colour that pleases the goldsmith and then he makes beautiful jewellery (By abandoning the malicious desires of lust and wrath the body becomes pure and pleasing to the Lord and He takes care of the mortal). The world is an animal and the arrogant death is the butcher. The Creator has created the being and they are responsible for the compensation they receive for their deeds. What more can be said on this? Nothing more is there to be said on this matter II 18 II

After a long search I have found the nectar of His Name and quaffed on it. I have adopted the path of forbearance and surrendered my soul to the True Lord. Everyone says that the Lord is the Truth and he has found it but he real truthful is the one who has contemplated on the true jewel of His Name in all four ages. Fully satiated with food and drink a man leads himself to death and not knows the Lord. In that one moment when man realizes and feels the truth of Lord in His mind is like death because his mind becomes stable and his soul likes this momentary death. (in that one moment his world has changed and he realizes that all his life was in vain when he had not known this truth).
