Guru Granth Sahib   23

The glory of Japuji Sahib;

His creation is infinite in other words His creation is limitless in space or size, His care and affection, His ways of creating the variety in environment, people of different races and colours, temperaments, characters and habits.

Aad anil anad anahat jug jug eko ves II Asan loi loi bhandar II joi kichhu payiya eko vaar II kar kar vekhe sirjunhaar II Nanak sacche ki sachi kar II

In other words: The primal being, pure sans beginning, indestructible who remain the same in all ages has His seat in all the worlds and His store houses are in all the world and whatever He has put in there was at once (contrary to the theory of evolution). Having created His creation He is beholding it.

Jis ghar jor kar vekhe soi II Nanak uttam neecch na koi II rati ruti, tith vaar pavan pani agni patal II tis wicch dharti thaap rakhi dharm saal II

He the creator has the power in His hand to exercises and see it. He has created nights, seasons, lunar and week days, the wind, water fire and nether worlds. In the midst of all this He created earth as home for His meditation. Guru Nanak further says: He placed beings of various types and colours, various and endless are their deeds and actions, endless are their names. All these being will be judged by their deeds and actions and those who reach the mark of acceptance by Him will be bestowed with His grace and will carry the mark of His merci the others will be examined for good or bad. This action of the Master is His duty for the realm of righteousness.

In the realm of knowledge He created many Brahmas, many Krishnas and Shivas to fashion and forms the earth with countless virtuous deeds and receives the orders and sermons. Countless moons, Indras, suns and universes, countless countries, innumerable proficient Gautamas, Yogis, innumerable gods and goddesses, many deities and demons and silent sages, oceans and jewels, numberless mines, languages, and kings and people with divine knowledge. There is no limit to His bounds. But in the domain of knowledge the divine deliberations are the only ones that dazzle or glitter. It takes you to the feel of celestial sounds where joy and amusement persist.
